Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota*** 2010 permits pending
There are two options for joining us in South Dakota, you can either do a five day ride or a two day ride.
If you choose the two day ride, you can arrive either on a Sunday, ride all day Monday and Tuesday and leave on
Wednesday... or you can arrive on a Wednesday, ride all day Thursday and Friday and leave on Saturday. Pricing for
the two day rides is $1300 per person which includes dinner on the day you arrive, breakfast, a sack lunch, and dinner
on the days you ride, and breakfast on the morning you leave.
If you choose the five day ride, you'll arrive on Sunday and depart on Saturday. You'll ride all day every day Monday
through Friday, get breakfast, a sack lunch, and dinner every day you ride, dinner on the night you arrive and
breakfast on the day you leave. The price for the full five days of riding is $2500 per person.
A deposit of $250 per person is due at the time you make your reservation. The balance of half of your total bill is due
by January 15th and the complete amount is due no later than May 1st. The price is all inclusive but does NOT include
airfare to or from South Dakota. The closest airport is Rapid City (RAP) which is a 1 hour drive away, but if you
prefer... you can fly into Denver (DEN) which is a 5 1/2 hour drive. You can either rent a vehicle at the airport, or we
will be happy to help coordinate other transportation from Rapid City if you prefer.
There is a 10% discount for booking as a couple. Groups of 5 or more that book at the same time get a 5% discount.
If you bring nine of your friends along and book at the same time... you ride free!!! If you do not all book at the same

All guests are entered into a drawing, which takes place on September 1st, upon receipt of their full payment.
The winner receives a 2 for 1 coupon for a future visit of the same duration originally booked.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future visit. Hardship cancellations received by April 1st will be
evaluated on a case by case basis pending re-booking of the accommodations.
